HEADLINE 4 Months later and still no car!!!
THE INCIDENT
Tue 9 Feb

My husband was involved in a car accident last year October, we are insured with Dial Direct who used PC Panel Beaters for the repair of the vehicle.

We have waited PATIENTLY for the last 4 months while the car has been in the repair shop either, waiting to be towed, waiting for spares, waiting for resource to start working on the vehicle, waiting for the Panel Beater to find the 'lock nut Key' that had been misplaced and now finally for the car to come out of the paint shop...

I was told 4 weeks ago that the car would be ready for collection...it's now 4 weeks later and i'm told to hold on for another week or maybe two.

This is ridiculous!!! what do i have to do to get my car back???
